Eco Resort Cermeniza is a family-run business that combines traditional Montenegrin hospitality with modern amenities. The Resort is located in one of the most scenic places in the Crmnica region, with a panoramic view of Skadar Lake. Our Resort is divided into 9 beautiful Villas, with a perfectly positioned swimming pool, entertainment area and free parking for all our guests. Within the Resort area of 5000 sq m, visitors can also enjoy our two hundred years old vineyards and wine tasting in our rustic wine cellar.

We had an amazing stay! The location of the resort is fantastic, great view and a lovely pool. The house we stayed in was lovely. Everything we needed was there , and more. The host Nemanja and his wife were very kind people. The wine tasting was great, and we took some bottles home so we can relive our stay. We would highly recommend a stay here!!

Hidden gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the eco resort! The room was finished to a very high standard, it was extremely clean, fresh and spacious. We order dinner for two nights, and the food was delicious. We would highly recommend the carp! This place is a true hidden gem, and was one of the highlights of our holiday. The owners were extremely attentive and friendly. We were made to feel extremely welcome and at home!

It’s even better than the photos show. The villas are beautifully styled, cozy, clean, equipped with all your kitchen basics. The host is so wonderful and thoughtful. He made sure we were enjoying ourselves + that we had everything we needed. This is a beautiful family run vineyard with everything you want for a relaxing vacation. The view from the pool is incredible!!! A must see!

Fabulous stay

We had a fabulous week – cycling and kayaking – thanks for that super facility – exploring the lake and the stunning surrounding area. The pool is beautifully situated and we made great use of it. We also had a couple of delicious meals in the wine cellar, accompanied by some very quaffable wine.

Unforgetable

The resort is beautifully located and offers stunning views to the mountains. Skadar lake and a charming little village called Virpazar is only 1.5km away – there are a couple of nice restaurants in there. You can also order excellent food at the resort itself so I highly recommend booking a welcome dinner – it’s served in a nice wine cellar which offers relief from heat on a hot summer day.

Magnificent place

The vineyard has a magnificent view into the mountains – be prepared to take a lot of pictures at different times of the day. Rooms and the pool were both new / well equipped and perfectly tidy. All the materials are chosen with taste – we have particularly loved the authentic flair thanks to the stones traditionally cut by hand. Don´t miss to ask Nemanja and his wife for the kayaks, and go for an early morning or late afternoon experience on Skadar Lake! Unforgettable!
